Starbucks Corporation has expanded in Winston Salem NC in leasing 2,200 SF, as new construction, a free standing, retail building with drive-thru and outdoor patio, from KIMCO W-S LP as landlord at Cloverdale Plaza anchored by Harris Teeter, CVS and Panera Bread, located at Cloverdale Ave and Miller Street across from Wake Forest Baptist Hospital, Winston Salem and Forsyth County’s largest employer. KIMCO as landlord was represented by Ray Collins/Collins Commercial Properties, Inc., an affiliate of Site Source Retail Broker network.
